Please provide your insurance information prior to the first counseling session. Health insurance companies often require that a statement of diagnosis of mental health condition be indicated before they will agree to reimburse for counseling services. Any diagnosis made will become part of your permanent records.

You will be charged a 25$ No Show Fee for appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24-hour notice

Payment or co-payment is expected prior to each session. A Fee of 35$ will be charged for bounced checks.
